Shipping with Off the Charts Video Games

We take pride in the high quality and careful packaging of our items. When ordering from Off The Charts, you can rest assured that most orders are shipped on the following business day AND they will be packaged extremely carefully! With this in mind, read more about our shipping services below, and buy from us with confidence knowing that we ship every package the way that we would want to receive it!

Urgent Orders:

If you have an urgent need to receive one of our products, please contact us directly by phone at (267) 642-9601. One of our associates will discuss your options with you to give you the fastest delivery possible. In many situations, shipping names can be confusing, so it is best to go through urgent shipping options with one of our staff to choose the best service.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic shipping is available through USPS, UPS, and DHL. Regardless of which carrier you use, every package is shipped with tracking, which allows you to follow your package through every step on its journey to your door! Shipping estimates are conveniently available in your shopping cart before checkout. We have a variety of custom sized boxes, so rest assured that your package will be shipped carefully.

USPS Shipping - We offer First Class, Priority, and Priority Express mail for USPS shipping. First Class Mail is a speedy, safe service for packages under 1 lb. Priority mail packages are a fast solution for heavier package, and they include insurance for the safe delivery of your items. Most standard Priority mail packages arrive within 2-3 days of the shipment date. Priority Mail 2-Day and 3-Day packages usually arrive on time, however, USPS does not guarantee this service to arrive in the estimated time frame. If you require guaranteed arrival in a short time frame, your best bet with USPS is to choose Priority Express mail. Priority Express mail is guaranteed to arrive in the amount of days specified. For example, Priority Express 2-Day mail will ship on the next business day after your order and arrive 2-days later, guaranteed by USPS. In the event that a Priority Express package arrives late, a claim will have to be filed with USPS for a refund of the shipping fee. Depending on the circumstances, it may be most efficient for the customer to file the claim rather than Off the Charts. Our customer service professionals will be there to assist you through any issues you may experience with your shipping provider.

UPS Shipping - We offer Ground, Next Day, Second Day, and SurePost shipping for UPS.  Packages shipped using Next Day and Second Day delivery will still be shipped on the next business day unless you verify with an Off the Charts staff member that we can send it out that day. Please call us first if you need us to ship a package on the same day as it is ordered.

Please keep in mind that UPS SurePost delivers packages by utilizing the USPS post office nearest to the final destination. If USPS does not deliver to your home, please do not use the UPS SurePost. Any orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded without a shipping refund or will require additional payment for us to reship the item. 

DHL Express - DHL Express is known worldwide for its speed and reliability. For the pricier items in our store, DHL Express is always a great choice to assure the security of your item.

Free Domestic Shipping -   Free shipping is available on any order over $30. If you choose free shipping, we will use the cheapest shipping option to ship the order to you. It can be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on who is offering the best rate. If you need your order expedited or if you prefer a certain provider, you must order that provider's shipping. In the case of a working return (items no longer wanted or needed), we will deduct our cost of shipping from any refunds issued for orders with free shipping.

Domestic Returns

Working Returns - Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if they wish to exchange or return a working item, sealed game, new system, or sealed collectible. New-in-box items must be returned in new, sealed condition. If we determine that the item was damaged or opened by the customer, a restocking fee of 20% - 50% can be issued. If the item is no longer in sellable condition due to customer fault, we will refuse the return.

Defective Returns of Used Items - All used games and systems are guaranteed under our 130-day free warranty. For up to 130 days, we will cover return shipping and either replace your item or issue a store credit for its value. Please read the page linked above for items that are eligible for the 130-day free warranty. Cash refunds are available on returns requested within 30 days of the arrival date.

Defective Returns of Items Not As Described - All used items on our site are guaranteed to fit their description or they can be returned for refund, replacement, or store credit within 30 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

- New in box collectibles that have been opened
- New in box games that have been opened
- New in box non-clone systems that have been opened
- New in box 1st party accessories that have been opened

International Shipping:

USPS International - We offer First Class and Priority shipping worldwide through USPS. This is normally the cheapest option for international shipping, but can also delay packages. Our tracking for USPS International packages is improved with Stamps.com's e-Delcon service. This allows our International customers to track their packages more precisely. USPS's tracking for international packages is not as accurate as UPS or DHL, so one of those carriers may be a better choice if you need up to the minute updates.

USPS is not by any means the fastest with international packages, so it is not the best option if you require a speedy delivery. If a package is refused by the customer, we will refund the product cost if and when the product is safely returned to us without any taxes or fees. If a package is held by customs, we will do everything in our power to get it released. If a package is returned to us, we will retain all shipping costs.

UPS International - UPS international offers fast, reliable service around the world. Please be aware that in addition to your local duties and taxes on imports, UPS charges a brokerage fee on packages. This brokerage fee is based on the value of the package. Check our very competitive UPS Express Saver rates if you are ordering from Europe. UPS waives their brokerage rates on Express Saver orders, and they will arrive very quickly! If a package shipped via UPS is refused by the customer, we reserve the right to abandon the package and refuse a refund. If fees to bring the package back to us are within reason, we will pay to have the package returned and deduct the cost from the refund. No shipping costs will be refunded.

DHL Express - DHL Express is the fastest, most reliable method of international shipping in the world. It is expensive, but for that price you get extremely fast, high quality service. In the case that a package is refused by the customer for any reason, we will retain all shipping costs and will not refund the order unless the package is safely returned to us. If there is a fee to return the package to our facility, we reserve the right to abandon the package and refuse a refund, or bring back the package and deduct fees from the refund.

WARNING: In many countries, customs fees will be due upon delivery. Please research your country's regulations for importing so you are aware of the customs fees. No shipping costs will be refunded for items returned or held due to unpaid customs fees. If the shipping provider requires a return fee for us to get the package back, we reserve the right to abandon the package. No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages.  Customs fees or brokerage fees can not be calculated by us prior to shipping your order.

International Returns

WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING FOR ITEMS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE. If you wish for us to forward packages returned to us to a different address, you will have to pay the shipping differential by check.
